Terms of Use & License Agreement

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and KRONIK APP (“KRONIK APP”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the mobile application Wallet Card: Cards & Passwords (the “App”). By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Not a financial service

Wallet Card is an organization and storage application only. It is not a bank, payment provider or financial institution. The App does not issue cards, process payments, provide contactless payment functionality, or move, hold or transmit money. Any card details you store are for your own reference; using them for a transaction is entirely between you and the relevant card issuer, merchant or payment network.

2. License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these Terms, KRONIK APP grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the App Store / Google Play rules.

3. Subscriptions & renewals

• The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (for example weekly and yearly plans) that unlock the App’s premium features.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation.
• Auto-renewal: a subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing / canceling — App Store (iOS): open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or the App Store → your profile → Subscriptions), select the subscription and cancel.
• Managing / canceling — Google Play (Android): open the Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select the subscription and cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trials (if offered): any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google; refunds are subject to their policies. We do not control and cannot issue store refunds.

4. Your content & your responsibility

You are responsible for the card details, card photos, generated passwords, account details and notes you add to the App (“Your Content”). Your Content is stored on your device — we do not have access to it and cannot recover it if you delete the App, lose your device, or lose access to your device backup. You are solely responsible for keeping your device secure and for backing up Your Content (e.g. via your own iCloud / Google backup) if you want a copy outside the device.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of the App, except as permitted by law;
• use the App to violate any law or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• store or process cards, passwords or data belonging to someone else without their permission;
• use the App for any payment, money-transmission or card-issuing purpose — it is not designed or licensed for this;
• interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related services.

6. Card brands & third-party trademarks

The App may display card brand names, logos and imagery (for example when you choose from available card brands or add your own card photos). All such trademarks and imagery are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Wallet Card and KRONIK APP are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any card issuer, loyalty program, bank or payment network.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, templates and content (excluding Your Content and third-party trademarks) are owned by KRONIK APP and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.

8. Apple & Google (platform terms)

These Terms are between you and KRONIK APP only, not with Apple or Google. If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following also applies: this license is limited to use on Apple-branded devices; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App; Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, product claims, product liability, or third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the App; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list. Your use must also comply with the applicable App Store / Google Play terms of service.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of any stored or displayed information, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that Your Content will never be lost, or that any card, merchant or payment network will accept card details stored in the App.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRONIK APP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App, including loss of Your Content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KRONIK APP harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your misuse of the App, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach them; you may end it by deleting the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) will survive termination.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of İstanbul, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
