These Terms of Use govern the use of the website (kronikapp.com) and the apps provided by KRONIK APP. By using our services you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You must avoid any behavior that disrupts or abuses the services or infringes the rights of others.

2. Intellectual property

The design, text, logos, software and all other content on the site and apps are owned by or licensed to KRONIK APP. They may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

3. App-specific terms

Each app may have additional terms presented on its store page or within the app. In the event of a conflict, the app-specific terms prevail.

4. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from their use.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the services means you accept the current terms.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
